“Lowerworld Splitting” was recorded in the basement of a Chicago guitar factory during one weekend in the summer of 2012. It was subsequently overdubbed & mixed in two windowless, non-air conditioned bedrooms located in Madison WI, and finally mastered on a flight between Chicago and New York City (& other places, I guess).
